How’s Your Heart? How’s Your Head?

How’s your heart—does it feel light?
Does it still give you peace through the night?
How’s your head—are the thoughts kind?
Or do they twist and tangle, hard to unwind?

Just checking in, no grand demand,
A simple question, a steady hand.
The weight you bear, the joy you show,
I only ask because I want to know.
